We take a 3 step approach to your goals..
- 1. Understand and improve the physical health of your brain and body, by looking at sleep, nutrition, movement, and improving these daily habits.
- 2. Learn the psychology behind how you think and feel, plus loads of practical tools to manage thoughts and build emotional resilience. We will also uncover the subconscious programming and limiting beliefs that are running your life, and then rebuild them in ways that make you feel strong, confident, and in control.
- 3. Develop a plan to carry you forward. so you feel capable and empowered in both your eating habits and your ability to self-coach, through all of life’s ups and downs. My coach once told me, “we can’t expect to live our lives in the ideal.” So true. Life happens, we work with it.
